Our policy at Allen Meneley Schumann Prominent Medical Equipment is to maintain a high-quality system that is designed specifically to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our customers, and our own internal ‘Right First Time’ service approach.

We have developed a bespoke approach to quality assurance utilising the latest technology to enhance our performance; this system is based on customer satisfaction and continual improvements through lessons learned. 

Our robust Quality Assurance process begins at the pre-supply stage and is implemented throughout the supply to the installation process, through Definable Features of Work Logs, Inspection Test Plans, Sign-Off Records, and Handover Files. 

Our team of auditors uses the latest technology to audit all our sites on an ongoing basis and to carry out trend analysis based on performance reviews.
